Ingredients

  • pork chops

Marinade Ingredients:

  • 1  Teaspoon  onion powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon   oregano
  • 1/3  cup  olive oil
  • 1/4  cup  lemon juice
  • 1/4  cup  soy sauce
  • 1  Tablespoon  brown sugar
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all marinade ingredients in a medium bowl, whisk to combine.  Place the pork chops in a plastic ziplock bag big enough to hold the chops and marinade. Add the marinade to the plastic bag.  Zip it almost closed, squeeze all the air out of the bag and completely close the bag.
  • Place the bag in the refrigerator and marinate chops overnight, turning the bag often to make sure all the surfaces of the chops are covered in the marinade.
  • When it's time to grill - remove the chops from the bag, throw away any leftover marinade. Let the chops come to room temperature before grilling. Grill chops 10 - 15 minutes, depending on the heat of your grill.
