While we’ve existed in concept (and in the hearts and minds of our members) for years, the American Barbecue Association, Inc. was born in Summer 2011. Our site, AmericanBBQ.org became live shortly thereafter. We strive to serve as a connection point for barbecue lovers – from the casual weekend griller to the constant contest entrant to the consummate professional chef. Those who love barbecue come in many different varieties – but all have one thing in common – enjoying life through good food, good friends and good times
