Easy Grilled Tilapia

Grilled tilapia is a quick and easy recipe that is perfect for weeknight dinners or casual get-togethers. It's also very healthy, as it's low in fat and calories but still high in protein and other important nutrients.

Ingredients
  

  • 4  tilapias
  • 1/4 cup   butter
  • lemons
  • tbsp  garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp   dill garnish

Instructions
 

  • Slice lemon into half rings. Butter into small chunks.
  • Make small incisions on tilapia. Season all sides generously. Stuff it with butter and lemon slices.
  • Grill tilapia at 450 °F for about 5 minutes on each side. Depending on the size of the fish, you may need to grill longer.
