Pork Chops with Dill Pickle Marinade

This recipe is perfect for those days when you're feeling a little bit naughty. The dill pickle marinade adds a delicious tang to the pork chops, and the overall effect is just heavenly. Trust us, this dish will have you hooked from the first bite!

Ingredients
  

  • 4  center cut pork chops
  • 1 cup  dill pickle juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange pork chops in a shallow dish. Cover with pickle juice. Marinate in refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.
  • Drain, and discard marinade. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until meat is no longer pink.

Notes

You can also cook these under the broiler, or on an indoor grill.
