  • In a small bowl, stir together oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and sugar. Drizzle all over the steak and using your hands, press into the steak. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3 Tablespoons   Olive Oil, 2  fresh Limes (juiced, about 2 Tablespoons), 1 to 2  teaspoons  Chili Powder, 1  teaspoon  Cumin Powder, 1 to 2  teaspoons  Salt, Fresh Cilantro, 1 teaspoon   Sugar
  • Set grill to medium-high heat. Carefully brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking. Once it is heated, place the steak on the grill and cook for 7-10 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Remove the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to settle. Thinly slice the steak across the grain on a diagonal. Check for salt and add more salt if needed.
  • Place steak on top of warmed corn or flour tortillas. Top with your favorite condiments. Serve immediately.
